Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To drive the improvement of commercial business operations, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will manage feature enhancements, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and develop business documentation standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the work intake and prioritization process for feature enhancements and defects to improve business processes
• Partner with stakeholders across various departments to map business processes and ensure completeness of requirement documentation
• Develop and maintain business documentation standards, driving the adoption of templates for system changes

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of Business Systems Analysis experience, preferably with a background as a Salesforce Administrator
• 2-3 years of project management experience with a strong understanding of the full SDLC in Agile or hybrid environments
• Experience with various business applications, including CRM, PSA, and ERP platforms
• Extensive experience in data modeling, process mapping, and translating complex business rules into technical specifications
• Solid understanding of best-practice SaaS sales, marketing, and revenue operations processes
