Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare technology initiatives, the fully remote Senior Business Analyst will coordinate a team of analysts, bridge communication between clients and technical staff, and develop business specifications for IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the duties and activities of a business analyst team on IT projects while mentoring newer team members
• Define, document, and share business requirements by acting as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to align with client technology goals

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts, including configuration and development
• Advanced proficiency in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Strong client communication skills to translate needs into actionable objectives
• Proven leadership abilities to motivate teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
