Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support high-visibility data initiatives for a Global Retail organization, the long-term contract Senior Business Analyst will partner with business leaders and data engineering teams to translate business needs into well-defined data solutions, ensuring delivery, validation, and stakeholder alignment in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to capture business objectives and translate them into functional documentation
• Lead data-focused project activities, coordinating requirements and planning for migration and integration efforts
• Oversee delivery progress across multiple data workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or related roles within data or business intelligence environments
• Demonstrated involvement in data migration initiatives, including mapping and integration work
• Working knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
• Experience validating datasets and analyzing outputs, with familiarity using BI tools such as Power BI
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working within Agile delivery frameworks
