Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Providing senior-level support, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will manage the intake and interpretation of regulatory requirements related to coverage and reimbursement, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support systems solutions development in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain requirement documents to ensure alignment with regulatory and health plan requirements
• Monitor regulatory sources and provide process improvement recommendations to operational leaders
• Lead the development and management of requirement interpretation processes, ensuring clear communication with impacted teams

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a managed care organization, health insurance, or a related field
• Knowledge of policy and government legislative review
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with administration systems
• Proficiency in Office Product Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Previous success in a dynamic and autonomous work environment
