Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Business Analyst AI will collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps, conduct market research on AI advancements, and enhance customer experiences through comprehensive data and AI strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes scope, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with the AI & Innovation team
• Documents user stories and performs backlog grooming for AI capabilities while coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams
• Measures product performance and implements metrics to track the success of AI initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus in data, technology, or STEM
• Five to seven years of experience in data and/or AI technology business analysis or product management
• Hands-on experience with value stream mapping and predictive modeling
• Experience as an Agile practitioner collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams
• Proficiency in business analysis and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Asana)
