Job Summary

To support a market rate analysis team, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will design and manage job catalogs, conduct annual market rate analysis, and oversee supplier survey management in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain job catalogs aligned to client-specific job architectures
• Execute annual market rate analysis cycles and conduct compensation benchmarking studies
• Manage supplier surveys to gather and validate market rate data from staffing vendors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related analytical discipline
• 4-6 years of experience in compensation analysis, workforce analytics, or labor market research
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
• Strong knowledge of structured analysis and design techniques
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects with competing timelines
