Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading business systems analysis for complex projects, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will gather requirements, perform process analysis, and contribute to solution development in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates discussions with business and technology partners to identify process-related challenges and gather requirements
• Reviews and refines business requirements and use cases to ensure clarity and traceability
• Develops status reports on project progress, issues, and risks while ensuring alignment with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Salesforce and in the Public Sector is preferred
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering
• Ability to conduct system requirement reviews with project stakeholders
• Experience in business case development for system enhancements or new processes
