Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst for a full-time remote position, this role will manage CLM implementation projects, engage with clients to analyze contract management processes, and support the design and deployment of tailored CLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops to gather and validate business requirements for CLM projects
• Analyze current contract lifecycle processes and collaborate with clients to design optimized future-state workflows
• Configure CLM systems, oversee customizations, and support user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on CLM or related contract management software
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within a CLM system
• Proficiency in process mapping and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to build positive client relationships
