Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic and operational decision-making, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will serve as a key financial business partner, conducting complex financial analyses and guiding budget processes while collaborating with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of financial analysis and business planning for assigned areas, including complex performance evaluations and new business activities
• Develop and maintain analytical methodologies and tools to ensure data quality, security, and accessibility, while providing technical expertise to staff involved in data analysis
• Lead projects and implement new methodologies to improve business processes within the Finance team, while providing day-to-day leadership to assigned team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Four years of related experience, including 24 months in financial analysis and business planning
• Experience in developing analytical methodologies and tools, including data visualization platforms like Tableau and Power BI
• Technical expertise in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and VBA Macros
• Familiarity with Vizient tools, Six Sigma, Strata, and healthcare data through ERP systems such as Oracle Netsuite and EPIC
