Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare initiatives, the fully remote Senior Reporting Business Analyst will coordinate a business analyst team, bridge communication between clients and technical staff, and analyze business processes to enhance technology goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the duties of a business analyst team on IT projects while mentoring newer team members
• Define, document, and share business requirements between clients, project managers, and technical staff
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes in alignment with client technology objectives

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts, including configuration and batch processing
• Advanced proficiency in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Strong client communication skills with the ability to translate needs into actionable objectives
• Leadership qualities to motivate team members and communicate effectively with stakeholders
