Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, the fully remote Senior Business Analyst - Security Specialist will design and analyze Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to define access requirements, and ensure compliance across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Apply RBAC and IAM expertise to support role design and access governance
• Lead requirements elicitation and documentation, translating business needs into specifications
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and workshops to align on access policies and solutions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with 3+ years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis/SQL
• Experience with UAT coordination and Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and least privilege access principles
