Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Bridging network engineering, product, and commercial teams, the remote Senior Business Analyst, Datacenter Network & Interconnection will analyze network architecture, support capacity planning, and lead project delivery for network initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze network architecture to improve performance and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for network and interconnection initiatives
- Develop KPIs and build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Analyst or Technical Project Management experience in datacenter or telecom environments
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (BGP, MPLS, DWDM, OSI layers)
- Advanced SQL and experience with Python, R, or Excel
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
