Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Performio experience, the fully remote contractor will be responsible for eliciting requirements, performing detailed analysis, and mapping data between systems to ensure successful delivery of data interface projects.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and map Performio data to/from third-party and custom systems
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to analyze needs, processes, and data mapping requirements
• Facilitate testing of data feeds to validate integrations and data integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related major
• 10+ years of IT experience, preferably in enterprise Business-to-Business sectors
• 10+ years of experience in systems/data analysis with a record of large-scale project implementations
• Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology
• Proficiency in data modeling and mapping, particularly with Performio
