Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support business process improvements, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements, facilitate user acceptance testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of software and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document user and technical requirements while collaborating on project plans and facilitating analysis sessions
• Oversee user acceptance testing, ensuring documentation and resolution of issues while providing guidance to end users
• Monitor project status, identify risks, and manage project deliverables from concept through implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or testing
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, effective deliverables on time
• Proven understanding of business analysis core competencies
• Experience with Facets Benefit Configuration and Government Programs (Medicare, Medicaid, DSNP) is preferred
