Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting various projects including Medicaid Community Engagement and Rural Health Transformation, the remote contract Senior Business Analyst will oversee system implementations, assist division management, and provide general support to the Director's office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight for major system implementations and assist in resolving project staff issues
• Review legislative bills and Statements of Work, offering feedback as necessary
• Generate and track monthly issuance reports for programs like SNAP and Medicaid

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in business analysis for large-scale IT systems or public assistance programs
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of three years as a Business Analyst with a strong background in public assistance
• Experience in defining business problems and gathering requirements
• Strong understanding of the SDLC methodology
