Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support data interface projects, the fully remote Senior Business Analyst will elicit requirements, document and map Performio data to various systems, and facilitate testing to ensure data integrity and business logic accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and map Performio data to and from third-party and custom systems
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to analyze needs, processes, and data mapping requirements
• Facilitate testing of data feeds to validate integrations and ensure data integrity

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, preferably in enterprise Business-to-Business sectors
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with Performio and data modeling/mapping
• Familiarity with Compensation Management Systems and Sales Management Systems
• Experience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology
