Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid capacity, the contract Senior Business Analyst will facilitate requirements gathering, support scrum processes, and perform data validation and analytics for migration projects, while collaborating with various stakeholders and teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to elicit and document quality requirements in user story format within Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Lead initiatives, communicate status and risks, and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams
• Perform data validation, testing, and support for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to IT standards and methodologies

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology environment
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing backlogs and documentation
• Experience with advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation and testing processes
