Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To drive high-value automation opportunities for Banking and Financial Services customers, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives remotely, serving as a strategic advisor to stakeholders and ensuring automation solutions align with enterprise objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and evaluate high-value automation opportunities and develop business cases with measurable outcomes
• Lead end-to-end discovery for complex processes and collaborate with Solution Architects to influence solution design
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Solution Architects, and Developers

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations consulting, or automation initiatives
• Experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry
• Demonstrated experience in complex, cross-functional process transformation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Concur, or Coupa
