Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Medicare clients' Star reporting strategy, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will deliver advanced analytics, reporting, and performance measurements to improve Medicare Part D Star Ratings outcomes while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Support Stars reporting and analytics, including recurring reporting deliverables and ad hoc data requests
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and document functional and technical needs
• Analyze Stars performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data analysis, healthcare, or a related field (or internship/academic equivalent)
• Beginner level of proficiency with Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, basic data manipulation)
• Beginner level of proficiency with SQL or querying data
