Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing client in the telecommunications and data infrastructure industry, the fully remote contract Senior Business Analyst will partner with engineering and commercial teams to translate technical requirements into actionable business solutions while driving project coordination and developing automated workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with network engineering, product, and commercial teams to translate technical requirements into actionable business solutions
• Evaluate complex data infrastructure environments to identify optimization opportunities and improve interconnection strategies
• Drive end-to-end technical project coordination efforts to support expansion of global datacenter operations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis with exposure to network technologies or infrastructure environments
• Strong analytical skillset with hands-on experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools
• Proven experience designing and implementing workflow automation solutions
• Ability to manage technical projects and communicate effectively across engineering and business teams
