Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Business Analyst will support Commercial Lending transformation initiatives by researching, documenting, and validating business processes and controls while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document current-state processes, maintaining control traceability for project releases
• Collaborate with business process owners to understand the impact of project changes on existing workflows and controls
• Facilitate control reviews and sign-offs in partnership with internal stakeholders and second-line of defense teams

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in Commercial Lending environments
• Proven experience documenting business processes and controls
• Strong technical understanding of systems, interfaces, and workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
