Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Commercial Lending transformation initiatives, the contract Senior Business Analyst will research, document, and validate business processes and controls while collaborating with internal stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document current-state processes while maintaining control traceability
• Ensure all controls are validated before project releases and go-live
• Partner with business process owners and second-line of defense teams for control reviews and sign-offs

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in documenting processes and controls
• Strong technical understanding of systems, interfaces, and workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating across multiple teams
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
