Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare technology initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will coordinate a business analyst team, serve as a liaison between clients and technical staff, and analyze business processes to enhance client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the duties and activities of a business analyst team while mentoring newer members
• Define, document, and communicate business requirements between clients, project managers, and technical staff
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes in alignment with client technology goals

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts, including configuration and batch processing
• Advanced proficiency in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Strong skills in translating client needs into actionable objectives
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills with business leaders and technical personnel
