Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support regulatory and functional requirements management, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will develop and maintain requirement documents, monitor regulatory updates, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain requirement documents for coverage and reimbursement, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
• Monitor regulatory sources and collaborate with operational leaders to recommend process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
• Lead the management and interpretation of requirements, communicating changes to relevant teams and ensuring solution traceability

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a managed care organization, health insurance, or a related field
• Knowledge of policy and government legislative review
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with administration systems
• Proficiency in the Office Product Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience in a dynamic and autonomous work environment
