Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will act as a bridge between technical stakeholders and business users, translating business needs into scalable backend solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, testable technical requirements and user stories for backend solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of backend changes across the platform ecosystem
• Analyze API documentation and validate requirements related to security and authentication standards

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of APIs, including consumption patterns and lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with RESTful OpenAPI Specification (Swagger) and GraphQL Specification
• Competent in analyzing JSON payloads and testing endpoints using tools like Postman or Swagger UI
• Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile environment
• Familiarity with modeling techniques such as BPMN or UML
