Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Bridging network engineering and commercial teams, the remote Senior Business Analyst (Datacenter and Networking) will analyze network architecture, support capacity planning, and lead project delivery initiatives while coordinating with global teams during EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze network architecture, including IP transit, peering, and dark fiber, to improve performance
• Lead end-to-end project delivery for network and interconnection initiatives
• Develop KPIs and build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analyst or Technical Project Management experience in datacenter or telecom environments
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (BGP, MPLS, DWDM, OSI layers)
• Advanced SQL and experience with Python, R, or Excel
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
