Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will analyze business performance, develop actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making across digital and physical retail channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to guide strategic decisions
• Provide detailed forecasting support and manage item portfolio to ensure accurate inventory flow across Omni channels
• Support promotional planning and digital strategy by tracking execution and collaborating on campaign effectiveness assessments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 2-3+ years of experience in business analytics, category management, or commercial planning, preferably in CPG or retail
• Direct experience with syndicated data systems and retail portals
• Understanding of Omni-channel retail and eCommerce analytics
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
