Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will manage requirements across the Software Development Life Cycle, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions that create measurable value while working remotely from the US.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements for complex initiatives from discovery to delivery
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to analyze processes and design improved workflows
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership consistently

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Sr. Business Analyst across the SDLC
• Proven ability to produce clear, actionable deliverables such as user stories and process flows
• Strong understanding of systems, integrations, and data flows
• Experience in partnering cross-functionally with business, product, engineering, and QA teams
