Job Summary

To support a transformative healthcare initiative, the remote Senior Business Analyst will lead Salesforce administration and optimization, translate business strategies into scalable solutions, and drive large-scale CRM projects to enhance sales productivity and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the administration and optimization of Salesforce.com, ensuring it enhances sales productivity and business growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in business systems, business intelligence, or related fields
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce.com experience (administration, configuration, reporting)
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver projects end-to-end
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and reporting
