Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To maximize the value of Epic's features and functionality, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will serve as a critical link between the IT Applications Optimization team and business stakeholders, focusing on evaluating system capabilities, driving stakeholder education, and leading initiatives for process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze current workflows to identify optimization opportunities and recommend Epic solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and challenges, proposing data-informed solutions leveraging Epic functionality
• Monitor Epic usage and adoption trends to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and additional training needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of four years of experience in healthcare, product development, research, data science, or related fields
• Minimum of two years of experience working with a relevant EMR or business application
• Experience or familiarity with Epic workflows and functionality is preferred
• Proven ability to assess features or processes and communicate data-informed insights for decision-making
