Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will coordinate a business analyst team, bridge communication between clients and technical staff, and analyze business processes to enhance technology goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate team duties and provide guidance to newer members on IT projects
• Document and share business requirements while collaborating with clients and project managers
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support client technology objectives

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
• Knowledge of programming concepts, including configuration and batch processing
• Advanced skills in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Strong client communication skills for translating needs into actionable objectives
• Proven leadership abilities to motivate teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
