Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support business decision-making through data analysis and reporting, the fully remote Senior Business Analyst will gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into analytical solutions
• Extract, clean, and analyze data, developing dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and communicate findings effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field
• Basic proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with Excel and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
