Job Summary

Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will manage agile product delivery and value realization while driving customer engagement and adoption strategies in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to create outcome-driven delivery plans and lead agile execution
• Design and implement customer engagement strategies that enhance product utilization and drive business outcomes
• Oversee change management activities to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product delivery, customer engagement, or digital transformation
• Proven experience collaborating with Product Managers in delivery-focused environments
• Strong understanding of CRM and digital platforms, preferably Salesforce
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Knowledge of change management practices and tools, such as Prosci or ADKAR
