Job Summary

To support business objectives and technology solutions, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams remotely, focusing on gathering requirements, managing projects, and ensuring successful delivery of high-value solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, creating user stories and functional specifications
• Coordinate project activities, track timelines and milestones, and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience in a hybrid role combining business analysis and project management
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Experience in gathering requirements and managing project timelines
• Ability to work collaboratively with global teams across multiple time zones
