Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Combining business analysis and project management responsibilities, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will work remotely to partner with stakeholders and development teams to define, coordinate, and deliver technology solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage business requirements while creating user stories and process flows
• Lead project coordination activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and risks
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a similar hybrid role
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Experience in gathering requirements, creating user stories, and managing project timelines
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
