Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely within EST hours, the full-time Senior Business Analyst (Datacenter and Networking) will analyze network architecture, support capacity planning, and lead project delivery to optimize interconnection strategies and enhance global network growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze network architecture to improve performance and support capacity planning through datacenter utilization analysis
• Identify cost optimization opportunities across vendors and network services while leading end-to-end project delivery for network initiatives
• Translate technical designs into business requirements, develop KPIs, and create dashboards using Power BI or Tableau

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analyst or Technical Project Management experience in datacenter or telecom environments
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Strong understanding of networking concepts such as BGP, MPLS, and DWDM
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Python, R, or Excel
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
