Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Senior Business Analyst to lead the rollout and evolution of CORE and Field Spot in a full-time remote role, where the candidate will manage strategic alignment, mentor a team of analysts, and translate operational needs into actionable user stories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, establishing standards and best practices for quality and scalability
• Engage with senior stakeholders to address operational challenges and drive decision-making through cross-functional governance
• Translate complex business strategies into clear user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework, ensuring successful program execution

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of senior-level Business Analysis experience, preferably in enterprise platform transformation or large-scale operations
• Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring analysts and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Advanced expertise in requirements gathering, user story creation, and Agile delivery
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Strategic thinking with a track record of aligning tactical requirements with broader business goals
