Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely within the Bank's footprint, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, overseeing assigned business areas and ensuring optimal system utilization and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Consults with stakeholders to determine business objectives and documents functional and design specifications
• Collaborates with business areas to analyze information related to business systems and manages system utilization
• Serves as a liaison between business areas and IT, making system recommendations and monitoring deliverables to meet business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of experience in banking, technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of customer and user system experiences, particularly in digital and electronic banking
• Experience with deposit and/or loan operations, including ACH payments and NACHA rules
• Demonstrated ability to lead technology projects and create related documentation such as business requirements and test plans
