Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Business Analyst will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to automate business processes, embedding in functional areas to map workflows and identify opportunities for AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Embed in assigned business functions to develop expertise in their processes and identify areas for AI automation
• Document current-state processes and create a prioritized backlog of solution briefs for AI implementation
• Collaborate with functional leaders to develop business cases, including ROI estimates and risk assessments, while providing ongoing support during solution delivery

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or a similar analytical role
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams and senior business stakeholders
• Proficiency with data analysis tools
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and prior experience in an AI Center of Excellence or digital transformation office preferred
• Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
