Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading requirements definition and data validation strategy, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will manage client onboarding, ensure quality assurance across the SDLC, and drive cross-functional initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead story refinement sessions and establish standards for acceptance criteria and requirements clarity
• Design and execute data investigations using SQL, diagnosing complex system behavior and identifying anomalies
• Serve as the primary BA resource during client onboarding, translating client needs into technical requirements and managing documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional work experience
• 7-10+ years of experience in business analysis or software implementation with ownership of complex initiatives
• Experience in data-intensive or integration-heavy technical environments is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in project management and documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Azure DevOps
• Deep working knowledge of Agile/Scrum SDLC and familiarity with API concepts and data integration workflows
