Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support platform and orchestration capabilities within a telecom environment, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, analyze platform components, and act as a liaison between business, product, and engineering teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business and platform requirements, translating them into functional specifications
• Analyze platform components, including orchestration flows, policies, and catalog management
• Support workflow orchestration and low-code platform configurations, ensuring compliance with regional and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis in large-scale projects
• Hands-on or conceptual experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow configuration
• Deep knowledge of RBAC design and access management models
• Experience with orchestration concepts and tools, including workflow configurations
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
