Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting platform and orchestration capabilities within a telecom environment, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, analyze platform components, and ensure compliance with regional regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and platform requirements, translating them into functional specifications
• Analyze and support platform components, including orchestration flows, policies, and catalog management
• Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis in large-scale projects
• Hands-on or conceptual experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow configuration
• Deep knowledge of RBAC design and access management models
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (regional/global)
• Experience working in an Agile environment
