Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the modernization of the Centralized Clinical Placement System (CCPS), the contract Senior Business Analyst will work remotely, serving as the primary liaison among stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while evaluating current processes and identifying opportunities for automation and AI enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements
• Evaluate and improve current-state workflows, identifying inefficiencies and designing future-state processes
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to define acceptance criteria and validate delivered functionality

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise software applications
• 5+ years working within Agile software development environments
• Strong expertise in business process modeling and process improvement
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot for automation and productivity improvements
