Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere in the contiguous U.S., the full-time Senior Business Analyst will coordinate a business analyst team on IT projects, serve as a bridge between clients and technical staff to define business requirements, and analyze business processes to support technology goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate team duties and provide guidance to newer members on IT projects
• Define, document, and share business requirements while working closely with clients and project managers
• Analyze and document business processes to recommend improvements aligned with client technology goals

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts, including configuration and development
• Advanced proficiency in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Strong client communication skills to translate needs into actionable objectives
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate team members and communicate technical ideas effectively
