Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will identify, define, and prioritize automation and AI opportunities, translating business needs into functional requirements and solution designs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery workshops to understand current processes and convert insights into actionable automation and AI solutions
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for automation and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Oversee implementation and guide multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business intent and comply with governance standards

Required qualifications:

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting automation, AI, or complex enterprise technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of business processes and how technology drives measurable outcomes
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in evolving environments
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
