Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will coordinate team activities, bridge communication between clients and technical staff, and analyze business processes to enhance technology goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the duties of a business analyst team on IT projects while mentoring newer members
• Define, document, and share business requirements with clients and project managers
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to align with client technology objectives

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a preference for 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts including configuration and development
• Advanced proficiency in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Strong client communication skills to translate needs into actionable objectives
• Leadership abilities to motivate team members and convey technical ideas effectively
