Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance the quality and reliability of federal healthcare data, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will manage testing activities, develop automated tests, and validate data across applications and integrations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own testing activities from planning through defect resolution and release validation
• Build, execute, and maintain automated and manual tests for healthcare data, applications, and APIs
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear test conditions and validation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data science, engineering, or a related discipline
• Five or more years of experience in software testing, data-quality assurance, or business analysis
• Hands-on experience with automated and manual testing methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and relational database management
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration validation
