Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting operational excellence and project management initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will independently lead complex initiatives, translate business needs into actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and standardization.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and execute complex initiatives from intake through completion, ensuring alignment with leadership objectives
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify business needs and drive improvement opportunities
• Provide analytical support for performance reporting and financial initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and actionable outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business, finance, or operations with a focus on analysis and data interpretation
• Experience with Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead moderately complex initiatives independently
• Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies and operational excellence initiatives
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft tools and data platforms, including Excel and PowerPoint
