Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will define and document business requirements, manage the requirements lifecycle, and facilitate communication among stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze capability gaps and propose strategic improvement methods for the Customer's organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build a shared understanding of solutions and manage requirement communication
• Oversee solution implementation and conduct rigorous acceptance testing to ensure quality delivery

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of IT industry experience with a focus on solution definition and international collaboration
• Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Expertise in managing the requirements lifecycle, including traceability and documentation
• Solid experience in UML and BPMN modeling
• Proficiency in requirements management tools, specifically JIRA and Confluence
