Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the Claims Domain lead for MMIS health care projects, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will drive the claims module and process, analyze business requirements, and develop documentation while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the claims module and provide domain knowledge for health care projects
• Analyze business requirements and develop documentation while coordinating with customers
• Assist customers with implementation decisions and troubleshoot application issues

Required qualifications

• Strong health care domain experience with knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare
• Hands-on experience with claims processing and adjudication processes
• Experience in configuring benefits or programs in claims systems
• Ability to run queries and perform basic system analysis
• Familiarity with EDI X12 formats and claims lifecycle management
